Our promoters and Operating partners have strong domain knowledge and business acumen which they have gained during their stint in the corporate world within and outside India. IA follows DAPIO approach while providing solutions to any of its clients.
- At the beginning, IA works with its clients to under their requirements under Dialogue & Data Gathering (D) approach.
- Once “D” approach is completed, the team of professionals Analyze to prepare a plan (A).
- Plan is presented to the clients for their review and approval (P).
- At Implementation stage (I), the approved plan is implemented.
- The outcome and results are continuously communicated under Ongoing communication (O).
